MEET THE OWNERS
Harold and Lois
Lois and Harold married in 2002, recently sold a pet sitting business after starting it back in 2004 in Raleigh, NC. It was time for Lois to come back to Florida where she grew up and be back with her family and now start Platinum Pet Sitting.
Your furbabies are very important to them!
Lois graduated from USF in Business Management and Accounting and has owned a few businesses. She has worked as a veterinary technician and is current on first aid and CPR training. Throughout her life, she’s had dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, fish, ferrets, turtles, iguanas, and even a goat – so to say she’s an animal lover is an understatement!
Lois and Harold currently have two English Golden Retrievers and a Persian kitty.
Harold got his first job when he was 12 years old working in an animal boarding and training facility. He loved it so much, he worked there until he was 21. He graduated from NCSU in civil engineering and then worked for Nortel Networks as a Project Engineer and Manager. He did a lot of the “behind the scenes” work in helping Lois with the previous pet sitting business. Harold has coached high school baseball for the last six years. He is now retired and looking forward to being more involved with Platinum Pet Sitting.
Mike and Erin
Mike and Erin met in 2004 and married in 2013. They’ve been the very lucky parents of 3 Pugs, a Pit Bull, 8 cats, a ferret, and are the caretakers of a TNR feral cat colony near their home. Mike grew up in Florida and has always been an animal lover, having pets his whole life. He was a huge help with Lois’ previous pet sitting company, going on visits and helping with administrative work on his off time from his full-time job in the wireless industry. He considers his furkids to be the biggest priority in his life and he’s looking forward to caring for your furry loved ones just the same!
Erin grew up in Florida and while living in North Carolina for a number of years, she was a busy and active part of Lois’ previous pet sitting venture, working hands on with a large number of clients and their pets on a daily basis. She worked previously as a dog groomer and between pet sitting and grooming, she loves the opportunity to make pets feel cared for, safe, and loved. Erin is looking forward to working with you and your family members and welcoming you to the Platinum Pet Sitting family!
MEET THE SITTERS

Hi, I’m 46 years old and when I saw that Platinum Pet Sitting was hiring I immediately applied. I ‘m a former pet foster and rescuer. Pets or fur babies (as I call them) are family members and deserve to be treated as such. I’m unable to have pets at my current house so the chance to be around animals is the next best thing! I look forward to being able to take care of any and all fur babies I get a chance to.
